Falling in Love with YOU is the Foundation of healthy relationships.

The journey to self-love can not be overlooked by anyone wanting to have healthy, happy relationships with others. The truth is you can only love others to the extent you love yourself.

If you don’t like yourself very much, you know there is a disconnect between your inner thoughts and what you project to the world. You might also believe you will never have the love you desire. Be honest and ask yourself these questions:

  • Have you spent a life-time putting yourself down?
  • Do you beat yourself up?
  • Do you believe you are not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, thin enough, savvy enough?
  • Do you hate your body?
  • Do you feel unlovable?
  • Do you feel an unshakable sense of guilt and shame?
  • Were your parents or love partners abusive or neglectful or just unloving?
  • Have you attracted partners who never met your expectations?
  • Do you feel desperate, needy or codependent?
  • Have you felt so hurt that you built huge walls around you to make sure no one could hurt you again?

If you answered yes to any of these questions I’m here to tell you that you have the power to change your life for the better.

For 30 years I didn’t love myself. In fact, I hated how I looked (too fat) and secretly fought the demons of “I’m not smart enough.”

I learned that by not being whole, I could not attract whole, healthy partners. My two divorces are a testament to that.

In Relationships, two halves do not make a whole. They only make two broken pieces.

After leaving an unhealthy relationship, I chose to become a person who I could love. I learned to love myself and my own company. A year later, my husband, who is whole and healthy, asked me to marry him.

Personal coaching provides the tools you need to learn to accept yourself. It is a process of self-growth and self-discovery. Here are just a few steps to get you started:

  • Live your life consistent with your values.
  • If there is something you do not like, be courageous and change it.
  • Set clear boundaries.
  • Know your passion and live it.
  • Change your thoughts, they really do become your reality.
  • Take chances, stop playing safe.
  • Don’t let yourself die with “what if’s” and “should have’s.”
  • Let go of black and white thinking, be more flexible.
  • Know what you don’t like and create an action plan to change.

“Lori, you are amazing! In this short time, you have helped me in my journey to at least stop feeling sorry for myself and realize that I am getting a gift to start over. My lesson here is what you told me the other day on our call…I need to get on with living. I’m OK! I just have to stop being negative and you know what? I will make it on my own! 2 days of positive attitude and I feel SO much better, now I just need to keep it up. I’m working on my vision board this weekend. Last night I watched the secret. And instead of picking one gratitude rock…I went out to the front yard. I picked up 47 rocks… One for every year I’ve been on this planet. And tonight, I wrote one power word on each rock. After I did that I picked one for today…That rock was HOPE! I just feel like something came around after we spoke the other day. I can see it! HOPE… Thank you Lori!” Cindy Jordan, Las Vegas, Nevada

“I truly can’t do you justice!!! I knew if I searched I would find someone that could change my life in all aspects, not just my divorce. Lori has helped empowered me. My love for life has been renewed and my self worth has been redeemed. I will forever be Grateful.” Love, Bridgette McLeod, Ohio

“A year in the life of my life coach and I am living my dream.

I went from being a programmer for a large tax software company to writing and writing and writing, which has been my life long dream. But it really did not matter if I was going from programmer to author or president to living a dream of digging ditches, the specifics of where I was and where I wanted to be did not matter, those specifics were always there…always the longing to make a change, always the desire to live the dream was there…Working with Lori brought out the confidence to actually make the change….It seems she has enjoyed the fantastic changes in my life as much if not more than I have. She is the best because she cares.” Ken Dauth, Sedona, AZ (ps. Ken is about to publish his 2nd novel and has more in the pipeline)
