Divorce leaves us paralyzed, afraid to trust and afraid to love again. As a result, you may have built a wall around you, I know I did. That is why I have written books and created classes and retreats, to give you the support you need to process through the pain and come out the other side!

Learning not only how to forgive others, but how to forgive yourself, is a key to knocking down those walls so love can enter. Divorce is a spiritual opportunity for self-growth and to heal past traumas, and the processes I offer will help you get your relationships back where you want them. The Transcending Through Divorce book and coaching processes take you step by step through the pain and out the other side, where you will find forgiveness and healing. As a divorce coach I’ll help you not only deal with the legal system, but also with your spouse to help you stay in your integrity while taking good care of yourself and your children.

John Gray, Ph.D., author of the Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus series of books, says this about Lori’s book:   “Transcending Divorce gives people hope when they are at a low point. It is both refreshing and filled with practical insights to assist readers in speeding up the healing process and finding the gift in divorce.” John Gray is the world’s #1-selling relationship and gender expert.

Healing from divorce is about creating an empowering future for you. I want you to look at this picture:

I put this picture here because I want you to see that I walk my talk. This is a picture of me, my present husband, my son and both my ex-husbands playing a board game during the weekend of my daughter’s high school graduation, 13 years after my divorce from her father!

Let me make this clear. BOTH my ex-husbands flew in from other states and stayed with me to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. This is what I want for you.

Thank you notes:

“I was totally unprepared for the avalanche of emotions that were released when facing the end of my twenty year marriage. I was really frightened and overwhelmed by all the changes that I had to make and by how it would affect the lives of my children. Fortunately, a friend told me about Lori and how she helped coach people through the process.

Once I started working with Lori, and doing the assignments she gave me from her book, Transcending Divorce, I turned a huge corner. From my very first conversation with Lori, I knew she “got it.” Lori listened attentively, with compassion, but also with the conviction that along with all the challenges, there was a profound opportunity. I could move into a new place, and emerge into a more whole me. It didn’t take long before I began to see my situation in a larger perspective and appreciate the real growth and acceptance that it brought into my life. Thank you Lori!” Alice D., Scottsdale, AZ

I truly can’t do you justice!!! I knew if I searched I would find someone that could change my life in all aspects, not just my divorce. Lori has helped empowered me. My love for life has been renewed and my self worth has been redeemed.  I will forever be Grateful.”  Bridgette McLeod, Ohio

“Guess what? I landed an awesome job! Woo Hoo! I am so excited and so proud of myself. Oh Lori, a year ago I had a hard time imagining that I would ever get to this place that I am at right now. I did it! I cannot wait to see what else the future holds for me.

Lori, from the bottom of my heart, you have no idea how my life changed the day you answered my call. When the attorney’s office gave me your number that day, I was reluctant to call. I thought it will be an answering machine. But, it wasn’t. You answered and you listened. And from that day forward I was guided. You didn’t know me, and I really didn’t know you, but you knew what I was going through and you had the guidance that I was seeking. Do you have any idea how many churches I called during my 1 hour lunch break that day? How many turned me down? I knew what I needed but was running in to brick walls. Your number was given to me for a reason that day. I am where I am at today because of your workbook and your tele-course and your guidance. I am thankful everyday and am so anxious to meet you in person.” Tracy P, Watsonville, California

“Lori, You gave me the courage and hope to keep going when things were rough….You were there to deal with the pressure I was under when I was so overwhelmed and I won’t ever be able to thank you enough.” Kristy K, Roseburg, OR

“Lori Rubenstein’s new book Transcending Divorce, A Guide for Personal Growth and Transformation is helping me work through the rage and resentment of my divorce. While a few chapters are really tough to work through, I am indebted to her for my personal growth during this very difficult time.”           Karen H., Camp Verde, AZ
